I love this quote & think you are right on the money. It’s easy to get away from nature but taking the time to just sit outside or go for a walk, you can re-center & relax. It’s a beautiful thing. This is so true – I believe nature is the best healer. Being away from all the stresses that ‘modern’ life brings – and being ‘off-grid’ is so liberating – it takes so much pressure off you to be present in other people’s lives and only be present in your own 🙂 #candidcuddles
