This week I finally started doing some extra weight training, sit ups, push ups, rope jumping etc. that I’ve been wanting to do for a while. I’ve noticed excess skin forming in certain areas and wanted to start toning a bit. It’s been a challenge though… the small cottage that we are in on the farm has little space for exercise unless I want to try it on the stones and thorns outside, so i have had to train in the bathroom as the only place to hook my feet for sit ups… yes… theres a toilet behind me in that photo!

Annerita gave me some tips that I will be sharing with you in the next post and she also advised me to stop for a few weeks with the rope jumping… the extra 20 kg that I still wish to loose has an impact on my knees when I do too much reps so I need to rest my knee from too much jumping for a while.
I am also happy to say that my stressed stomach problems have subsided after much soul searching last week and I am feeling much more relaxed now and I have my normal appetite back again. I am standing still on my weight now and though I wish I could loose it faster again, I know this is a good thing and I must be patient with my progress.
