Ok I have to confess… I LOVE a glue gun and there are few craft things I won’t put together with it. This barnyard and finger puppets are no different. I know it would probably look so much prettier if it was stitched together like this Peppa Pig that I did on a shirt, but lets be honest- if I can save time, I will.
I made this fun Barnyard for a little birthday girl using instructions and pattern printables (TOTALLY FREE) from this site called Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows
Some kids might be able to cut it out but I have to warn you that it’s pretty tiny so a sharp and small scissors with steady hands are needed. Bigger kids will also be able to glue or sew it together.
Just follow the link above to print and cut out the patterns and put them together. I used a naartjie box that I painted blue and green so that my scene can stand upright with velcro that I also glued to the back of the barnyard with theglue gun. The scene can easily be taken off and folded to be used as a quiet bag item to take along in the car or on flights.
